This document outlines the terms and conditions required for using the National Council for Occupational Safety and Health (referred to hereafter as “the Website”). By using the Website, you implicitly agree to these terms and conditions. The National Council for Occupational Safety and Health reserves the right to take all legal actions in the event of any violation of these terms, including any infringement of intellectual property rights.

By using the Council's Website, you agree to refrain from the following:

• Uploading or transferring files that contain viruses, corrupted data, or any malicious software, or performing any action that may affect the integrity, reliability, or availability of the Website's information.

• Using any device, software, or procedure to intercept or attempt to intercept the proper functioning of the Website.

• Committing any act that constitutes a violation of the Anti-Cybercrime Law or any related regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Creating, displaying, or placing any electronic links to the Council's Website on any platform, except for links to specific services placed on websites whose objectives and general direction do not conflict with the goals, policies, and operational frameworks of the Council's electronic services.

• The Council shall not be liable for any expenses, losses, costs, compensations, or claims of any kind—general, special, or incidental—arising from or caused by any action related to the use of the Website or the information contained therein.
• The Council assumes no responsibility for any consequences resulting from errors or lack of updates in the Website’s information.
• The Council reserves the right to add or amend any of the terms of use, provided that users are notified accordingly.
• The Council may temporarily suspend the Website when maintenance, development, or modifications are required, until the necessary work is completed.
• The Council reserves full rights to disable or block any link originating from unauthorized websites or sites containing inappropriate or unlawful content.
• The Council is not responsible for the content available on any external website accessed through this Website or through the Council’s services.

The Council may, at its sole discretion, terminate, restrict, or suspend the user’s right to access the Website without prior notice and for any reason, including violation of the terms and conditions of use or any other conduct deemed by the Council to be unlawful or harmful to others. In the event of termination, the user will no longer be permitted to access the Website.

• The Website user is obligated to preserve the Council’s intellectual property rights, which include, but are not limited to, all Website content and services fully protected under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• The user may not sell, license, rent, modify, copy, reproduce, upload, display, transmit, distribute, edit, or create derivative works from any materials or content on the Website for public or commercial purposes without obtaining prior written approval from the Council.
• Any alteration of the Website’s content is strictly prohibited. All graphics and images are protected under applicable laws and may not be reproduced or used in any manner without the Council’s prior written consent.

• Under no circumstances shall the Council be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exceptional damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, its Website.
• All information contained on the Website is for general and guidance purposes only. The Council makes no representations or warranties—express or implied—regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of any data, information, or related materials presented on the Website.
• The above exclusions do not apply to any regulations, rules, or similar legal instruments published on the Website.

• The Council works to secure the Website and its associated systems in alignment with strategic objectives that ensure compliance with global and local standards, as well as security policies and procedures aimed at protecting information assets from security risks. Regular penetration testing is conducted on the Council’s systems, and multiple verification mechanisms are applied to protect data and enhance security levels.
• The Website enforces a high level of security across the Council’s equipment and servers through the use of advanced protection technologies. The Council makes every effort to inspect and test the Website’s content. Users, however, are required to run antivirus software on any materials they download from the Website.
