NCOSH Signs Memorandum of Understanding with King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) to Enhance Cooperation in Occupational Safety and Health
The National Council for Occupational Safety and Health (NCOSH) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), aimed at strengthening cooperation and exchanging expertise, knowledge, and best practices in the field of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), contributing to efforts to develop safer and more sustainable work environments and facilities.
The MoU focuses on enhancing areas of cooperation between the two parties through the exchange of expertise and professional practices, and supporting awareness initiatives and activities that contribute to promoting a culture of prevention. It also includes the exchange of observations and lessons learned to support continuous improvement and enhance the effectiveness of risk management.
The MoU also provides opportunities for cooperation in capacity and skills development through training programs, workshops, and specialized meetings, in addition to exploring technological solutions and smart applications that support proactive practices and contribute to enhancing Occupational Safety and Health performance.
The MoU will contribute to expanding cooperation and partnership between NCOSH and KAFD, leveraging specialized expertise and experiences, enhancing professional knowledge and preventive awareness, and improving Occupational Safety and Health practices.
This partnership is part of NCOSH’s efforts to strengthen cooperation with various entities and activate partnerships that contribute to advancing the Occupational Safety and Health system in the Kingdom and supporting its objectives toward safer, healthier, and more sustainable work environments.
